Women with Weights

The Women with Weights class has been hugely successful. Every participant lost an average of 4% body fat. If you are wanting to learn how to lift weights and get results from weight lifting, this is the class for you!

Women with Weights is a 10 week class. Class fees are $240, class size is limited to 12 women. Sign up early to reserve your spot!

Classes are M & W 5:15 – 6:15pm.
